I live for those long, balmy summer nights! When you don't need a jacket and every gathering happens outside, it can feel like the season will never end.
Although we may not be having our dream summer here in the UK, you can still bring that alfresco feel to your table with these fresh, flavourful recipes (or at any time of year to be honest).
Easy to pull together and bursting with colour and goodness, these salads are perfect for sharing with your favourite people.

HOW TO LAY YOUR TABLE
The beauty of this table setting lies in its simplicity, which is really what summer is all about - being outside, enjoying delicious food, and spending time with the people you love.
Mix and match your favourite large serving bowls for the salads. We chose our Cream Vintage Blue Floral Platter and our Blue & White Large Bowl.
Stack your plates at one end of the table with napkins and cutlery, allowing your guests to help themselves. For a simple summery look we chose our White Plates with Navy Rim detail, opted for some blue and white napkins, and paired with our Vintage Cutlery collection.
Don't forget to dress the table with pretty vases full of freshly-cut flowers, along with some pinch pots for dressing, salt and pepper, and extra salad toppings.
