1. MAKE AN ENQUIRY
Start by browsing our beautifully curated product range. Add each product you like to your enquiry, select your desired quantity and click the button "Add to enquiry".
Keep track of your list at any time by clicking on "Your enquiry" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Once you're happy with your list (and don't worry if you still have questions – that's where we come in!), head on over to this page to give us a few more details.
2. FINALISE YOUR BOOKING
We will call you to confirm your chosen items and their availability for your dates. Our typical hire period is 3 days, but we can arrange longer periods if needed.
If an item isn't available, we'll suggest the perfect alternative and answer any questions you have, from styling to delivery and collection.
Once you're happy, we will send you a link to pay online and confirm the booking.
3. HAND-DELIVERED & COLLECTED
Our trusted courier will deliver your items on the desired start date. We're always just a call or an email away if you have any questions on the day.
On day 3 of your booking, our trusted courier will collect your order and return them to our showroom in London.
There’s no need to clean the items beforehand just simply rinse – we take care of everything.
