Light Za'atar Honey Salmon


Depending on how much salmon you plan on making adjust the quantities

Drizzle of Olive oil

Salt and pepper – to taste

Dash of Garlic salt

A good sprinkle of Za’atar

Honey roasted peanuts – crushed

Drizzle of honey

Garnish with chopped parsley



  1. Pre heat the oven at 180c
  2. Place the salmon on a baking tray and massage the olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic salt and honey into the salmon.
  3. Sprinkle the za'atar and the honey roasted peanuts over the top.
  4. Bake for 20 mins or until salmon flakes when you pull it apart.
