Novotel’s Summer Cocktail Ice Lollies

I was asked by Novotel to create some bright and playful cocktail ice lollies ahead of their alcohol-infused ice lollies launch. The cocktails chosen included the popular espresso martini, a classic gin and tonic, Aperol spritz, honey craft ale and a frosé (frozen rosé).

We all had such a good time on the shoot and I certainly had a lot of fun creating these ice pops, we even put the pops in an ice machine behind the bar to keep them from melting between shots! I guess that’s the glamour behind most photoshoots.
