Honey Glazed Parsnips

This is the simplest of recipes but tastes so delicious that I could eat them all day.



Rock salt

Garlic salt

Olive oil



  1. Pre heat the oven at 180c
  2. Peal the parsnips, cut them lengthways in half and cut off the tops and bottoms.
  3. Place them into a baking tray sprinkle and drizzle all the ingredients and as I like to say massage them in with love.
  4. Put them into the oven and bake until soft on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside. Roughly around 20-30 mins
  5. Delicious!
