Honey Glazed Parsnips
This is the simplest of recipes but tastes so delicious that I could eat them all day.
- Pre heat the oven at 180c
- Peal the parsnips, cut them lengthways in half and cut off the tops and bottoms.
- Place them into a baking tray sprinkle and drizzle all the ingredients and as I like to say massage them in with love.
- Put them into the oven and bake until soft on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside. Roughly around 20-30 mins
