Floral Goat's Cheese Recipe
Need a delicous and beautiful cheese for your cheese board? This floral goats cheese recipe is an absolute crowd pleaser!
SERVES 6
INGREDIANTS:

300g fresh goat's cheese at room temperature

Small handful of parsley coarsely chopped

1 tsp freshly found pink peppercorns, plusextra garnish

Edible flowers and leaves of differnt colours

Salt and Black pepper
METHOD:
1. Put hald the goat's cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth. Mix in half the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Divid the mixture in half, then shape into flattened balls or discs. Gently roll each one in the remaining chopped parsley and soem edible flower.2. In a seperate bowl, stir the ramining goat's cheese until smooth. Mix in the pink peppercorns abd siem chopped flowers, then season with salt and epper. Divide in half and shape into flattened balls or discs as before. Roll each one in eedible flowers.
3. Put all the cheese in the fridge for 30 minutes, then serve with crackers.

When you palce teh cheese on the table, spread some on a few crackers to encourage people to get started.
