This dish is as easy as anything and is a real treat for your guests. It’s the perfect starter for a summer dinner party. The creamy texture of the Burrata against the sweetness of the cherries is delicious. I could eat this for lunch any day with a little freshly baked bread!

1 Burrata

100g Cherries

1 Avocado



Slice the avocado into pieces and layer onto a plate as your base. Add a couple of leaves – you can use spinach, arugula or lambs lettuce. Place a whole burrata on top and then add a handful of cherries. I usually de-pip most of the cherries and then add a few untouched visual purposes. Finish off by drizzling with olive oil, sweet balsamic, fresh cracked black pepper and a tiny drizzle of honey.
