Sweet Breakfast Waffle

This is how you make sweet waffles acceptable in the morning, by topping them with natural greek yogurt, fresh berries, home made granola and of course a drizzle of agave. You can’t go wrong!
To make the pancakes 

Makes 4-5


2 eggs

2 cups all purpose flour

½ cup veg oil

1 cup milk

1 tbsp sugar

4 tsp baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 tsp vanilla essence


Beat eggs with whisk or hand beater in medium bowl until fluffy.
Beat in the remaining ingredients just until smooth.
Spoon a few tablespoons of the mixture into your waffle maker and let it cook until light brown or until it’s the colour you would like.
