This is just your everyday hummus with a pretty decoration that will get your guests excited!
Ingredients
Edible flowers
Zahatar
Olive oil
Paprika
Pomegranate seeds
Hummus
Method
Spoon the hummus onto a plate – I usually like to use a colourful one for this dish. Make a space at the centre of the hummus and fill with olive oil, paprika and za’atar. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and edible flowers to finish.
