Our standard rental period is 3 days, however we can arrange longer periods upon request.

We organise delivery and collection on your behalf. The charge will be calculated based on your location and will be added to your invoice.

Transport costs depend on your delivery/collection address within the UK. Once you discuss your booking with a member of the team, we'll be able to confirm transport costs.

Once your booking has been finalised with a member of the team, we'll send you an invoice that can be paid via our secure online checkout. We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

We charge a 20% cleaning fee as well as transport fees which vary depending on your delivery/collection address.

In the event that an item is returned damaged, altered or otherwise not in its original condition, we charge a risk value at the end of the booking.

If you need to change or call your booking, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

If you wish to view our selection of products in person, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us to book a visit. However, to provide a high level of service, we do arrange the delivery and collection of bookings via a courier service.

Every booking is carefully packaged by a member of the team and transported by our trusted courier. In the unlikely event that you don't receive your full booking or that a product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please get in touch with us and include photos if relevant. We'll aim to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Each item has a risk value which will be charged should the item be returned to us damaged, altered or otherwise not in its original condition. This risk value is listed in your booking confirmation email.

Alternatively, you may choose to pay for an insurance plan at the time of booking which covers you up to a certain value. Ask our team about our insurance plans for further information.
